Sacred Vanilla treats vanilla as an ingredient, not a dessert. Cinnamon, cardamom, bergamot and orange blossom open it bright and spiced. Bourbon vanilla and elemi form a resinous, almost liturgical heart. The base is the indulgence — praline, tonka, candied almond, guaiac wood and ambroxan — rich, smoky and sweet in equal measure.
Cool evenings. A touch at the throat; the base notes stay on skin overnight.
