Purple Oud is the house at full voice. Saffron and rose open rich and slightly metallic, lemon keeping the sweetness honest. Ambroxan and jasmine sambac widen the heart until it carries. The base — tonka, amber, vanilla — is dense and enveloping, the kind of drydown that lingers on wool long after the evening ends.
An evening attar. Apply sparingly to the pulse points and let the saffron do the work.
